Paint Like a Master Classes

Ever wish you could paint like the master painters did? Well, now you can! Come and join me for an evening of canvas painting at the Create It Emporium. I’ll guide you through the steps to re-creating a masterpiece in 4 hours of painting along with a complimentary glass of wine.The studio is a cozy place with soft music and lighting to inspire you. If you never have painted or it has been awhile, this workshop is the perfect place to get you started. Classes run from 6-10pm. Each class $50 + GST

Pets Pet Portraits Drawing Class

Enjoy getting together with other pet lovers and learn simple drawing tools to produce a lifelike pet portrait. Experiment with different drawing tools – chalk, pastels and/or pencils to create a monochromatic picture. Feel free to bring in your own drawing tools. Charlene will walk you step-by-step thru a simple process to teach you how to map out the shapes with a grid and line work; create depth with light and shadow; and draw texture or fur. Please come prepared to class with an image of the pet in a decent size, that shows plenty of detail, light and shadow as well as a bit of the pet’s personality. Please don’t bring original.
